Satyam Cements

We've been running Satyam Cements for a while now, right across from the new industrial area over in Rakh Jalpar. It's a dusty spot on Halti Road, but it's where we get things done every day. Most mornings start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we just handle the loads as they come in. There isn’t much fancy about the place. We have the stacks of bags sitting in the warehouse and the trucks pulling in and out all day long. Sometimes the gate sticks a bit if it’s been raining, but we manage. People from around the area know where we are. We don't spend a lot of time on office work or making things look pretty. It's just a yard with cement. The guys working here have been around for years, so we all know the routine. If you come by, you’ll likely see us moving pallets or checking the inventory. We keep it simple because that’s what works for us and the people who buy from us. It’s a lot of physical work, dragging bags and making sure the counts are right, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have a big front desk or anyone in a suit. Just a small desk in the corner with some old papers and a calculator that usually works. That's pretty much how we operate here in Rakh Jalpar. Most of the time, the air is thick with the smell of stone and engine exhaust, which is just part of the job.
