Northern Twelve Design & Construction Private Limited is found over at Ward No-3, right near the Shiv Mandir in Kathua. We like being near the temple; it makes for a nice landmark when people are trying to find our office. We handle both the design side and the actual construction of buildings. It’s a lot to manage, but it makes the whole process easier when the person drawing the plans is also the one supervising the bricks being laid. We are just a group of local people who know the Kathua area well. We don't act like we have all the answers, but we have enough experience to know what works in this climate and on this soil. The office in Ward No-3 is usually a mess of blueprints and coffee mugs, but that’s how we like it. We aren't a big corporate firm with polished floors and receptionists. If you call, you'll probably talk to one of us who was just out at a site five minutes ago. We take on all kinds of jobs, from small repairs to bigger residential projects. Sometimes the work is slow when the rains are heavy, and other times we’re working until the sun goes down to stay on track. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s honest, hard work, and it keeps us involved in the community. We've been here a while now.
