Cardicraft Pharmaceutical Private Limited is found in Ward No. 06 at Rakh Hoshiari, which is near Po Barwal in the Kathua region. We are pretty close to the LBS College, so we often see students walking past our building on their way to classes. The office is in a relatively quiet spot, which is nice for getting things done without too much distraction. We have a simple setup with a few tables and some old filing cabinets. The walls are painted a light color that has faded a bit over the years. Our day usually involves a lot of manual logging of information and talking to drivers about where to drop things off. Being in Rajbagh means we are a bit away from the main city center, but it works well for us. There is plenty of room for the trucks to park when they come by. We have a small garden area out front that we try to keep neat, though the weeds usually win in the end. The office doesn't have air conditioning, so we keep the windows open in the summer to let the air circulate. It is a very normal, local office environment. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just know each other well and work through the tasks that come our way each morning. There is always a pot of water in the corner and a stack of ledgers that need signing before the weekend starts.
