We are located out in the village of Bhilgaon, which is in the Kasrawad tehsil of Khargone district in Madhya Pradesh. It’s a different kind of setting compared to a city office. Being out here means there’s a bit more space, and the pace of life feels a little different. The facility is a big part of the local landscape. Most people who work here come from the surrounding villages and towns in Khargone. You’ll see a lot of motorcycles parked out front since that’s how most of us get around. The air is a bit clearer than in the big metros, though the dust can kick up when the wind blows across the fields. We handle a lot of motor-related work, so there is always the sound of machinery or engines in the distance. It’s a functional place, built for work and not for looking pretty. The walls have been painted the same color for years, and the floors are made of tough concrete that can handle heavy equipment. We don’t have much in the way of corporate fluff. It’s mostly just the workers, the tools, and the trucks coming in and out with supplies. In the summer, the sun really beats down on the roof, but we’ve got our ways of staying cool. It’s a solid, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role and gets on with it.
