Cr7 Tour Travels is based right here in Awantipora. We have been operating for a while now, mostly helping people get from one place to another without too much fuss. It started because there weren't many ways to get around this part of the valley easily. We have a few vehicles and some drivers who know these mountain roads quite well. Most days we are just busy answering the phone and making sure the cars are clean and ready for the next trip. It's not a big fancy office with carpets, just a practical place where we get our work done. We handle local trips and sometimes longer ones if someone needs to go further out toward the bigger cities. People usually just call us up or stop by the desk to see what’s available. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. If a car is available, we let you know right away. If we are fully booked, we tell you that too so you can make other plans. It's just a small team of us working here. We spend a lot of time cleaning the seats and checking the tires because the roads around here can be really rough on the vehicles. It gets very busy during the peak tourist seasons, but we just take it one day at a time. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things.
