You can find Ultimate Engineers over in Hari Nagar, right along Kashipur Road on NH-74. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and buses passing by. Our shop is situated in this district to be close to the local industries and the farmers who need their equipment fixed. It is a straightforward engineering setup. We have some lathes and some welding gear, and that is about it. We don't go in for anything too high-tech if it isn't necessary. Most of the guys here grew up around machines and just have a feel for how things should work. Sometimes the rain comes down hard on the tin roof and we can barely hear ourselves talk, but the work continues anyway. We deal with a lot of agricultural parts and structural pieces for local buildings. It is not glamorous. There is iron dust on the windows and the tea girl comes by twice a day to keep us going. We prefer it this way, without the pressure of a big corporate office. We just open up early, sweep the floor, and see what the day brings. People stop by because they are driving past on the NH-74 and noticed their trailer has a crack or a bolt has sheared off. We do our best to help them get back on the road without too much fuss.
