Shrestha Foundation

Shrestha Foundation is located at House No. 121 in Girital, which is part of Ward No-1 here in Kashipur. It is a normal house in a normal neighborhood. We started this because we saw things in our town that needed a little extra attention. We do not have a big staff or a fleet of cars. Most of the time, it is just a couple of us sitting around a table figuring out what to do next. Kashipur is a busy place, and it is easy for people to get lost in the shuffle. We try to make sure that does not happen to our neighbors. Whether it is helping someone get to a doctor or just checking in on families who are having a hard time, we keep ourselves busy. We do not have any flashy brochures or a fancy sign outside. Most people just know where House 121 is. It is a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. We do not want to sound like some big charity. We are just local people who care about where we live. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or the electricity goes out, but we keep going. It is just how life is here. We do what we can with what we have and do not make a big deal out of it. There is plenty of work to do and we are happy to stay in our corner and get on with it.
