N. A. Warsi Cold Drink

We have been running N. A. Warsi Cold Drink for a good while now at Plot No- 288 in Mohalla Chak. Being so close to the Government Inter College means we see a lot of students every single day. They usually come in groups when school lets out or during their breaks because they are looking for something cold to drink. It gets pretty hot here in Tehsil Suar, so having a chilled soda or a juice bottle really helps people cool down. Our shop is quite simple. We just have a few big refrigerators and crates of bottles stacked up against the walls. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. It is mostly just about keeping the drinks at the right temperature. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a struggle, but we do what we can to keep things cold for the customers. Most of the people living in the Mohalla know us by now. They stop by on their way home from work or while they are out running errands. It is a regular routine for us. We open the shutters in the morning and stay until late in the evening. There are only a couple of us working here, so we handle everything from moving the heavy crates to cleaning the glass. It is a lot of manual work but it keeps us busy and part of the neighborhood life here.
