Manish Hardware & Paint Store

Manish Hardware & Paint Store is right on Station Road, literally opposite the railway station. It’s a very convenient spot because people getting off the train often stop by to pick up things they forgot for their homes. Being so close to the tracks means we hear the trains going by all day, but you get used to the noise after a week or two. We sell all the usual hardware stuff—hammers, pipes, locks, and of course, plenty of paint. The store is usually a bit dusty because of all the construction supplies we keep in the back, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be a fancy showroom. We are a place where you come to get your hands dirty and find the right tool for a job. Station Road is always moving, and we like being in the middle of that energy. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when a lot of people arrive at once, and it can be hard to move through the aisles. But we know where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. We’ve been part of this area for a long time and have seen many shops come and go. We just keep our doors open and wait for the next person to walk in looking for a specific bolt or a liter of white primer. It’s a simple life.
