Our company, Max Pride India Rubber Pvt. Ltd., is located at No. 1 B in the Nand Nagar Industrial Estate. If you know the area, you’ll know it’s mostly warehouses and factories. The smell of raw rubber is something you just get used to when you work here every day. We spend most of our time in the production area where the molds and the heat are. It’s a practical setup without any bells or whistles. Our office is just a corner of the main building where we keep the books and handle the orders. It’s usually a bit dusty because of the materials we use. We aren't a massive corporation, just a dedicated crew making sure the rubber parts are made right. Some days the machinery needs a lot of attention, and we spend more time with wrenches than anything else. We’ve been in Nand Nagar for a good while now. The guys on the floor know their jobs well, and we mostly just let them get on with it. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on the products we make. It’s hot work, especially in the afternoons, but we have a good routine going. Most of the time, we’re just busy loading trucks or checking the quality of a new batch. It's a simple, hardworking life at the estate. We like it that way.
