Galwalia Ispat Udyog Private Limited

Our place is out in the Narain Nagar Industrial Estate, right by where Bazpur Road and Nainital Road meet. It is a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of engines and metal hitting metal in the background. We handle steel production and trading under the name Galwalia Ispat. It is a big facility, but it feels smaller when you are actually inside working on the floor. We don't have a fancy reception area with a water cooler. Usually, you have to find someone near the back who isn't too busy with a machine to help you out. We have been here for a good number of years and the walls show it. There is grease and dust on almost every surface. We spend our mornings going over the orders and making sure the trucks are lined up correctly. The traffic on the Nainital Road can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the tourist season, but we just work around it. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since the start. We don't use any big words or marketing talk. We just sell steel and try to get the weights right every time. It is heavy work and it makes for long days, but it is what we know. We don't really have any plans to change how we do things. It works for us.
