Shiv Vani Seva Samiti Foundation is over in Mohanpur, Kasganj. We are located C/O Mohanpur Kasganj, Etah-207242 in Uttar Pradesh. It’s a rural area, and things move a bit slower here than in the big cities. We like it that way. Our building is a simple one, and we share the space with other local activities. We aren't some big-city foundation with a lot of money and fancy suits. We are just local people who decided to organize ourselves. Most of our work involves talking to farmers and families in the surrounding villages. We don't have fancy cars or expensive equipment. We use what we have and make it work. Sometimes the roads are bad, especially during the monsoon season, so it takes a while to get anywhere. We don't mind the wait. It gives us time to talk and think. People know they can find us here if they need help with paperwork or just need someone to listen. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. We take pride in being from Etah. It’s a tough place sometimes, but the people are resilient. We try to be the same way. No frills, just hard work and staying connected to the ground.
