We just build and maintain things around this area. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and our records. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. We mostly deal with the people we know and the projects that come up in our own backyard. Working in Kasganj means you know everyone and everyone knows you, so we just try to do our work quietly and properly. Infrastructure involves a lot of heavy lifting and long hours out in the open air. We are used to the dust and the noise of the machinery. Most days are spent checking on the progress of our sites or talking to the laborers about what needs to happen next. We don't use polished language because we aren't a corporate giant. We are just a local business in Yadav Nagar that knows how to get a building project off the ground. It’s hard work, but it’s what we’ve always done here in Ramkuti. We just take things as they come and try to stay busy with the local jobs available in our part of the district.
