We are located out in Village Dhampur, which is part of the Tahsil Baddi area in Sonal District. It is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the bigger towns, but it is a nice, quiet place to work. You are surrounded by fields and open land, which is a nice change from the city noise. Our building is just a simple structure that fits the area. We have been here at Tejnish Agro Pvt. Ltd. for a while now, and we have gotten to know the local farmers and residents pretty well. The roads can be a bit tricky after a heavy rain, so you have to drive slowly. Most of our days are spent checking on things and making sure the business is running like it should. We start our work quite early in the morning when the air is still cool. It is the best time to get things done. We don't have any big corporate meetings or fancy presentations here. We usually just sit around a table and figure out the day’s plan over some tea. The people who work with us are mostly from the nearby villages, so it feels like a very local operation. We don't do much advertising; word usually gets around by itself. It is a steady pace of life and we are happy with how things are going in Dhampur.
