Mystical Rose Pre-School

We've been here in Thayalangadi for a while now. Most people around Kasaragod know the Fort Road area is busy, but once you get inside our gates, it’s mostly just the sound of small kids running around. It’s a pre-school, so things can get pretty loud and messy sometimes. We spend a lot of our time making sure the little ones are actually doing something useful instead of just drawing on the walls, though that happens too. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we try to get these kids ready for real school. Parents drop them off early in the morning, and we spend the day looking after them. We have some toys that have seen better days and some newer stuff too. It’s mostly about keeping them busy and teaching them some basic things like colors or how to share. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is okay, but usually, we’re inside. Everyone here knows each other since it’s a small place. We don’t have a big office or a bunch of secretaries. Usually, if you call, one of us just picks up the phone while trying to keep an eye on a classroom. It’s hard work but it feels okay at the end of the day when they go home. We try to keep things simple here without making it too complicated for the families who live nearby in the neighborhood.
