We have been here at Citizen Plaza for a while now. It's right by the Old Press Club Junction on M.G Road. Most people know the spot. We mostly deal with gold and diamonds, just like the name says. Running a shop like this takes a lot of time and looking after things properly. We see a lot of people coming in for different reasons, maybe a wedding or just a gift. It's usually busy around here because of the location. We try to keep things straightforward. The door number is XVIII/671 if you are looking for the exact place. It’s just us working here every day, making sure things are in order. Sometimes the traffic on M.G Road is a bit much, but that's how it is in this part of town. We don't do much fancy talking. If someone needs jewelry, they come in and look. We show them what’s in the cases. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things at Al Kareem. It’s a local business and we stay focused on the work. People from around the neighborhood stop by often. It’s a small team here. We keep the glass clean and the lights on. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve seen the junction change over the years but we’re still right here in the same building. We just do our own thing and hope for a good day.
