4Ways Banglore

Even though our name is 4Ways Banglore, our actual office address is quite a way off from there. We’re located at Shanker Mandir Po Thuruthi in Chervathur, which is in the Kasargod district of Kerala. It’s a bit of a confusing situation with the name, but that’s just how things ended up when we registered. Being in Kasargod means we’re in a much quieter place than Bangalore. We are right near the Shanker Mandir, so it’s easy to find if you’re local. The office is a simple building in a very green, rural part of Kerala. It’s a long way from the big city life. We do our work from here, handling whatever comes our way. It’s a small team, mostly people from the surrounding villages. We don't have high-speed elevators or a cafeteria. We usually just bring our own tiffins and eat together. The weather is usually nice, except when the monsoon hits and everything gets soaked. We don't try to sound like a big international firm because we aren't. We’re just 4Ways, operating out of a quiet corner of Kerala with a Bangalore name. It’s a bit quirky, but it works for us. We spend our days on the phone or the internet, connecting with people while looking out at the trees. It’s a decent life and we just focus on doing the work that needs to be done without any fuss.
