Taste Castle Foods Private Limited operates out of Illikkal House. We are up in Cherupuzha, which is in the Kannur district. Our place is specifically in the Thirumeni post office area. It’s a bit quieter up here compared to the big cities, but we like the pace. The house serves as our main spot for all things related to the food business. It’s a family-style setup, really. We don't have some big industrial warehouse, just this space in Kerala where we get things done. Dealing with food means there is always something to clean or move around. The roads around Cherupuzha can be a bit winding, but the scenery is nice. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that's just life in this part of the world. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make food products and send them out. Everyone around here knows the Illikkal family, so finding us isn't too hard if you're from the area. We do our own thing and try to keep the quality decent without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work. We spend our days mostly in the back area where the actual production happens. It’s a small team, mostly local people who live nearby.
