We run our business, Shabafzha International, from Sinan Villa over in S P Nagar. Our door number is 6/650, and we are right here in the Madhur Post area of Kasaragod. It is a family-oriented place, and we work out of a building that feels more like a home than a stiff office. We spend a lot of time on the phone and handling the various aspects of our international trade. It sounds more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, it's just about being organized and making sure everyone gets what they are expecting on time. We don't have a big team of executives. Instead, it’s just us, making decisions and solving problems as they come up. We’ve lived in Kerala all our lives, and being in Kasaragod is important to us. The neighborhood knows us, and we like it that way. We aren't here to give you a polished sales pitch. We just do our daily work, keep our books in order, and try to be helpful when people reach out. Some days are stressful when shipments are delayed, but that’s just how this business goes. We stay grounded and take things one day at a time.
