S. V. Drugs is located right behind the Mahalasa Temple in Anangoor. The address lists Anangoor twice, but that's just the way the local records go. It’s a nice spot because the temple is such a big landmark, but being behind it makes it a little quieter than the main road. You can often hear the bells or the sounds from the temple ceremonies while we are working. Anangoor is a good neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. The shop is a simple room with plenty of shelving along the walls. We keep the counter near the entrance so we can see people as they walk in. It’s not a large place, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes in the back. Most of the people who come to see us are locals who live within walking distance or people who are visiting the temple and realized they needed something. We don't have any corporate branding or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and get on with the day’s tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside if three or four people come in at once, but everyone is patient. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the neighbors while we pull items from the shelves. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here in Anangoor. We make sure the shop is clean and the stock is ready for whoever walks through the door.
