We are an engineering firm, so our day is mostly about technical drawings and planning out projects. The office is located in a building we’ve been in for quite some time. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Most of us live nearby, so there isn't much of a commute. We usually start the morning with some coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The weather in Nileshwar can be quite humid, so we keep the windows open to get a breeze from the coast. We don't have a big corporate culture here.
