Leader Hospitals Private Limited

Leader Hospitals is based in Cherupuzha, which is up in the Kannur district of Kerala. We are located in the CIAD Tower. Our setup is actually a combination of the K Karunakaran Memorial Polyclinic and the Krishna Medical Centre. It is a very busy building most of the week. We have various departments running here. Most days are quite full with people coming in from the surrounding villages and smaller towns. Kannur is a bit hilly and people often have to travel a fair distance to get their medical help. We aren't trying to be a five-star facility with a lobby like a hotel. It’s just a practical place where people get their checkups and treatments handled. The staff is mostly local people from the Cherupuzha area. We have the usual hospital smells and the constant sound of names being called out over the intercom. It gets quite loud and crowded in the mornings when the outpatient clinics first open. We do our best to keep the queues moving so people aren't waiting all day. The CIAD Tower is a well-known landmark in this area, so finding the place isn't too difficult for most. We handle a lot of different medical cases every single day. Some days go smoother than others, depending on the crowd. We don't have a marketing team, we just open the doors early and help whoever walks in. It has been this way for many years now.
