L&T Eccd

We are based out of Kasarsgod, Kerala, in a place called Hill View in Udyawar. It’s near Gandhi Nagar and the Manjeshwar post office. Being the L&T Eccd team in this part of the country is actually quite nice because it’s a bit more scenic than most of the industrial areas we work in. Our office isn’t anything fancy; it’s just a practical building where we handle the engineering and project management for the local area. We don’t have any marketing people or corporate writers here. We just show up, drink some tea, and get to work on the technical details of our construction projects. Kerala has its own pace of life, and we’ve learned to work with that over the years. Some days are slow because of the weather, especially when the monsoon rains are heavy, but we still manage to get things done. We don’t use big words or try to make ourselves sound more important than we are. We’re just a group of engineers and office staff trying to make sure the work we’re responsible for is finished correctly. It’s a quiet place to work, and we like it that way. Most of us live nearby, so we know the community well. We don’t have a polished mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the site reports and try to stay on top of our daily list. It’s honest work in a beautiful part of India.
