JANAASHA KARAVAL VISION NIDHI LIMITED

We run JANAASHA KARAVAL VISION NIDHI LIMITED out of Kanthinivas House in the Madathil Pallikere area of Hosdurg. It is up in Kasargod, and we are quite tied to this local spot. The office is basically part of a residential setting, so it does not feel like a cold business environment at all. We have our desks set up to handle the member accounts and the daily transactions that come with being a Nidhi company. People from the neighborhood walk over to see us, often just stopping by when they have a few spare minutes. We spend the day tracking deposits and managing the small gold loans or whatever else the members need. It is a very hands-on process. We do not have a big marketing team or anything; it is just us doing the work and keeping the books in order. The climate here in Kasargod can be quite hot, so we usually have the fans going full speed. Our files are tucked away in cupboards, and we know exactly where everything is. It is a practical way to run things. We focus on the daily numbers and making sure everyone who puts their money with us is treated fairly. It is a small-scale operation, and we like that it stays manageable and personal. There is always someone coming in for a chat or to check their balance, and that is what makes the day go by.
