Freshortica Llp is located over on Beach Road Simpco in the Nellikunnu area of Kasaragod. The address is linked to Shahana Manzil. Being near the beach means we get a lot of that salt air, which is nice but sometimes tough on the equipment. We are a small outfit. It’s mostly just us handling things day to day. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the food and the products we handle here in Kasargod. The 671121 area is our home. Nellikunnu is a quiet enough place most of the time. We work out of this location because it’s where we started and it works for us. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. Usually, the day is spent checking on orders and making sure everything is fresh. The name Freshortica sounded right for what we wanted to do. We get a lot of local folks stopping by or asking about what we have. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and keeping the place clean. The weather can be a bit much during the monsoon, but we stay open and keep the business going. It’s just a simple life running a business near the water. We are just local people trying to make a living with food. It isn't always easy, but it's what we know and what we do well.
