Captol Exporters & Importers

Captol Exporters & Importers is run out of Shaheen Villa in Kalanad. It’s a local spot in Akkarakunu and it works well for us. We handle both exporting and importing, so we see a lot of different things come through the doors. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy enough to keep everyone on their toes. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. Sometimes the internet is slow or a truck gets delayed, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We don't have a fancy corporate handbook or anything. We just use common sense and try to treat people fairly. The villa is a comfortable place to work from, and it’s got a bit of character compared to a regular office building. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where to find us if they need anything. It’s a lot of coordination, really. You have to keep track of where things are and when they’re supposed to arrive. We don’t make a big fuss about it, we just get on with it. It’s a practical business for practical people. We like the balance of importing and exporting because it keeps the work interesting. Every day brings a new set of tasks to finish before we head home at night.
