V Marine

V Marine is based over in Karwar, right at House No. 218 in the Malikeri area of Arga. Being on the Main Road makes it easy for people to find us, though the traffic can get a bit much during the middle of the day. We are right by the coast, so a lot of what we do involves the sea and the boats that come and go. It’s a small office and storage space, nothing too elaborate. You can smell the salt in the air most days, which is nice but it’s tough on the equipment. We spend a lot of time looking at parts and talking to people who work on the water. It’s a practical kind of business where we just deal with what’s in front of us. Most of the time, the guys are busy checking inventory or making calls about supplies. The building itself is just a regular house that we’ve converted for our needs. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; people usually just hear about us through word of mouth around the docks. It’s a quiet life in Arga for the most part, except when the fishing season is at its peak. Then things get pretty hectic and we are working late to make sure everyone has what they need for their vessels. It's just honest work in a beautiful part of the country. We try to stay organized, though the paperwork sometimes piles up on the desk and we have to spend Saturday mornings just catching up.
