We operate out of a small place at 21 Gandhipuram. It is a simple office where we handle all our export work. There isn't much to see if you just walk by. We don't have a big sign or flashy lights. Inside, it is mostly just us, some computers, and a lot of shipping documents. Gandhipuram is a busy area, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with transporters and checking on the status of containers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or with the paperwork, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. It is not an easy business, but we have been doing it for a while. We don't have many employees, so everyone does a bit of everything. One person might be doing the accounts and then helping with some packing the next hour. We usually get our tea from the small shop around the corner. The office gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside, but we try to keep it tidy. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to make sure our clients get their stuff on time. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we like the routine of it.
