Suguna Nivas is our base. It’s number 43 in Karur. We do projects here, mostly local stuff. The office is just a simple room where we keep our papers and talk to people who stop by. Tamilnadu can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast while we work. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us trying to make sure everything runs okay. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over plans. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have several things going at once, but we always figure it out. Karur is a good place to be, and we know our way around the neighborhood well. People know where to find us if they need something done. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of that. It’s just a practical space for working. Most days are pretty routine, starting early and finishing when the work is done. We don't make a big fuss about things. We just show up and get through the list of tasks we have for the day. It’s how we’ve always done it here at Suguna Nivas. The building itself is older, which gives it some character, though the stairs can be a bit creaky. We aren't trying to build an empire, just looking to handle the work that comes our way with some honesty.
