Weavers World

You can find us at 15-A in Muthu Nagar. This part of Sengunthapuram is known for its textile work, so we fit right in with the rest of the street. Weavers World isn't a massive factory, just a place where we keep the looms going and handle the daily business. The sound of the machinery is something you just get used to after a while. It’s like a constant hum in the background of everything we do. A few long-time workers have been with us since the start. The office is just a small room with a desk and some stacks of fabric samples everywhere. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The sun hits the front of the building in the morning, making it quite bright inside. Marketing budgets and social media teams aren't things we have. We just focus on the weaving and making sure the fabric is what it should be. People around here know us as the place on the corner of Muthu Nagar. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our little spot stays pretty much the same. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a local business doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. There’s always more to weave before we can call it a day and go home.
