Ravibala Export

Ravibala Export is based at 35, Sengunthapuram 5Th Cross. We are right in the middle of a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We mostly handle shipping out different goods, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with paperwork. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with samples and boxes. We have a small crew here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be typing up a manifest, and the next I’m helping load a truck. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps us busy. We’ve had this spot for years, and we know all the other business owners on the 5th Cross. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait, maybe have a snack together. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People find out about us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while walking by. The floors are a bit worn down from all the boots coming in and out. We focus on getting the shipments ready on time, though sometimes the weather or the transport makes things difficult. It’s just the reality of the export business. We keep a ledger for everything because we like having things on paper. It’s a simple, honest way to run things for our families.
