We have been here at No. 184 for a long time now. Kamarajapuram West is a busy area and the shop stays pretty active most of the day. R N Agarwal isn't a fancy place with big signs or anything like that. It's just a regular spot where we get things done. Most of the neighbors know us by name because we’ve been around these parts forever. When you walk in, you’ll probably see a bit of a mess on the desks and papers everywhere. That is just how it is when you’re busy working. We don't spend much time on decorations. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is usually running at full speed. Sometimes people stop by just to chat for a minute while they’re passing through Kamarajapuram. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the stock piles up. It’s a practical way of running things. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It is just a handful of us making sure everything moves along like it should. We deal with the daily tasks as they come. If a phone rings, someone picks it up. If someone walks through the door at No. 184, we help them out. There’s no script here. We just talk like normal people and handle the business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work is what matters most to us anyway. It’s a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it.
