Primaa Placements

Our office, Primaa Placements, is situated at No. 295/5 in Ashock Nagar, right along the Madurai Bypass Road. We are near the L.N.S. Post and the Shivmur area. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of traffic passing through Madurai, and it’s a convenient spot for people to drop in. The office is pretty basic—just a few chairs for people waiting to talk to us and a couple of desks where we keep our files. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for their next job. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through papers. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a few people show up at once, and we have to pull out extra stools from the back. We aren't a high-pressure corporate agency; we’re just local folks trying to help other local folks find a way to earn a living. The bypass road can be noisy with the trucks rumbling past, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep a stack of application forms by the door and a big calendar on the wall to track interviews. It’s a busy life, and the work never really stops because there’s always someone looking for a better opportunity. We don't have any secret formulas for what we do; we just listen to what people need and see if we can find a match. That’s our daily grind.
