Navaladiyaan Construction & Renovation

We are located on the second floor of the Arun Complex over on Kovai Main Road in Karur. It’s right across from Ramanujam Nagar. We’ve been doing construction and renovation work for a good bit now. Most days involve us heading up and down those stairs carrying samples or meeting with people about their houses. Navaladiyaan is just a local business. We handle a lot of old buildings that need fixing up and some new stuff too. Renovating is different from building from scratch because you never know what you'll find behind a wall once you start digging. It keeps things interesting for us. We don't have a big corporate structure. It is just a small team of us who know the Karur area well. The office in Arun Complex is where we keep all the paperwork and sit down to figure out costs. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and a lot of pens. We spend a lot of time on Kovai Main Road moving between different sites. Sometimes we are juggling a few small repairs and one big build at the same time. It gets hectic but we prefer staying busy. People in Ramanujam Nagar see us coming and going quite a bit. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just fix things and build things when people ask us to. It is simple enough for us to manage every day.
