Morwin Build Tech Private Limited

Our place is at 243/5, Raja Nagar. It's on the 1st Cross in Ramanur, which is part of Paupathipalayam in Karur. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet enough area for us to get things done. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing our trucks moving in and out. The office is basically just a room with some chairs and a table where we can spread out the big drawings. It gets pretty hot in Karur, so we have a couple of fans going all day long. We do a lot of build tech stuff, which mostly means we try to figure out the best way to put buildings together without running into too many problems. Things always go wrong on a site, though, so we spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix things. We aren't a big company with hundreds of workers. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the local suppliers around Ramanur and we try to keep things simple. There isn't any fancy lobby or a person to greet you at the door. You just walk into the 1st Cross office and find us. It’s an honest way to work, and we don't feel the need to make it look like something it isn't. We just like building things and staying busy in our own corner of Tamil Nadu.
