Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of activity around us. You can hear trucks and machines from the neighboring businesses most of the day. Larsen & Toubro Ltd has been here for a while. The building is a sturdy one, built for work rather than looking pretty. We have a lot of space inside for what we need to do. Most of us who work here are from around Karur, so we know the area well. It gets quite warm in this part of Tamilnadu, so we are used to the heat. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot and keep going until the evening. There is a sense of routine that we all follow.
