Kapoor Industries Newdelhi

The name says New Delhi, but we are actually based in Karur, down in Tamil Nadu. Our space is Room 31 in the Kalaiarangam Complex on Junction Road. It’s a busy area with lots of shops and people moving around all day. The complex itself is quite old and has that specific smell of concrete and commerce. We focus on the industrial side of things, specifically textiles, which is what Karur is known for. Our room is filled with samples and records from years of work. It’s not a large office, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Most of our time is spent talking to suppliers or checking on production runs. It gets quite hot here, and the traffic on Junction Road can be a nightmare in the afternoon. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, handle the orders, and try to keep things moving. The team is small, and we mostly just talk about work and the local news over lunch. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been in this building for a while, so everyone knows the Kapoor office is upstairs in Room 31. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with running an industry in this town. It is a steady life, and we are happy with how things are going.
