Initha Beauty Clinic is situated right on Trichy Main Road by the Tollgate in Karur. It is a very busy spot because of the traffic coming through the tollgate. You can always hear the sound of trucks and cars passing by outside. Inside the clinic, we try to make it a bit more relaxed. We have our mirrors, chairs, and all the various creams and tools we use for our work. It’s a local beauty spot, so we get a lot of women from the surrounding area who want to get their hair done or a facial. We aren't a high-end spa with fancy music and cucumbers on the eyes. It is more of a practical place where you come to get your grooming done. The floor usually has some hair on it between cleanings, and there is always a smell of shampoo in the air. We talk a lot with our customers about their families and what is happening in Karur. It feels like a neighborhood hangout sometimes. We have been at this location near the tollgate for a while, and we know the regulars well. Our signs are simple and our prices are fair for the working people around here. We just enjoy making people feel a little better about how they look before they head back out onto Trichy Main Road. It’s hard work being on our feet all day, but we like it and the people we meet.
