Hasmec Exim (Opc) Private Limited is located in a place that has changed a bit over the years. Our address is Old No.1-50, but the New No. is 1-58. We are in Chettiapatty, which is part of Mullipady in the Thavalaiveeranpatty Post area. This is way out in Kadavur Tk, in the Karur district. It is very much a rural setting, far from the tall buildings of the city. Being a One Person Company means the work is very direct and there isn't any middle management to deal with. The office is part of a local building surrounded by the quiet of the countryside. We handle the export and import tasks right from here. It takes a bit of time for the mail and the couriers to reach us, but we have managed to make it work. Karur is known for its industries, but out here in Chettiapatty, life moves a bit slower. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of sales people. It is just about getting the orders sorted and making sure the products are ready for travel. The roads around here can be narrow, but the trucks find their way. We spend our hours looking at spreadsheets and talking to agents on the mobile phone. It is a basic way to run a business, but it is honest and keeps us busy in this corner of Tamil Nadu. We just take it one day at a time.
