Associated Engravers

Our workshop is tucked away at 187, T N D Complex on Kavai Road. It’s one of those buildings where everyone knows each other. Associated Engravers has been here for years, and the walls are covered in bits and pieces of old projects. Engraving takes a lot of patience and steady hands. The light in the complex isn't always the best, so we have extra lamps at every station. You can usually hear the hum of the machines from out in the hallway. We get all sorts of people walking in. Some want something small for a gift, others have bigger jobs for their own businesses. Kavai Road is always busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is heading home. We try to stay organized, but with so many small tools, it’s a constant battle. It’s a good place to work though. We’ve got a rhythm going. One of us handles the front while the others stay in the back with the equipment. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just a small group of us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, and other days we close up early if things are slow. That’s just the way it works when you run your own place. The T N D Complex is a solid home for us, even if the stairs are a bit steep for some visitors.
