Ajanthas Collections

If you head down Covai Road, you will see Chella Chambers, and that is where we have set up our shop at number 74. We call it Ajanthas Collections because we have a bit of everything when it comes to clothes and small items. The space isn't huge, but we make use of every inch of the walls to hang things up. We spend a lot of our time sorting through new stock that comes in and trying to find a place for it on the racks. It can get a bit disorganized during the busy hours when people are pulling things out to look at them, but we don't mind the mess too much. Covai Road is always busy, so there is usually some noise from the street coming in through the front door. We have a few old chairs for people to sit on if they get tired, though they have seen better days. The lighting is a bit yellow, which gives the place a sort of warm feel even if it isn't intentional. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that; people usually just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign when they are driving past. It is just a regular shop where we try to keep things simple. We open up early in the morning and stay until the street lights come on, just taking things one day at a time and helping folks find what they need.
