Aarthi Eye Hospital

I've been working here at Aarthi Eye Hospital for quite some time now. We are located at No. 29 Arivoli Nagar, right near that Vengamedu Tailoring Unit everyone knows. It’s a busy little corner of the world, honestly. Every morning, I come in and open up the doors, and usually, there’s already someone waiting out front. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running all day long. It's not a big fancy place like those ones you see in the city center with glass walls and uniforms. We just have our rooms and the equipment we need to check people's vision. Most of our visitors are from right here in the neighborhood. They come in because their eyes are itchy or they can't read the newspaper like they used to. We sit them down, do the tests, and talk about what's going on. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit cramped when a whole family comes in together, but we manage. You can hear the hum of the sewing machines from the tailoring unit next door if it’s a quiet day. It’s just a normal part of life here. We don't have any big posters or loud signs. Just the name on the front and the work we do every day. It's simple and it works for us and the folks around Vengamedu.
