Sudir Concrete Blocks

We are located at Number 1 in Nellikavilai in the Paloor area of Karungal down in Kanyakumari. Our main work is making concrete blocks for building houses and walls and whatever else people are working on. It is a very physical job and we spend most of our time out in the yard with the cement and the machines. We have been doing this for a while and we have gotten used to the dust and the hard work that goes into every block. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. We just have the yard where we stack the blocks to dry. Local builders and contractors come by with their trucks to pick up their orders. We don't have a fancy website or do any big advertising. Most of our customers come to us because they live nearby or they have heard about us from someone else. We are just a small local team trying to do a good job. Sometimes the rain makes it difficult to work but we do what we can when the weather is clear. We keep our own records in a simple way and we try to make sure we always have enough stock ready for when someone needs it. It is not a complicated business but it is something that people always need. The work is hard on the back but it feels good to see the blocks stacked up at the end of the day. We just take it one day at a time.
