Mahima Teleservices & Security Systems

We are set up in the Bhawani Trade Center, which is right near the Karunagappally High School at the High School Junction. It’s always a very lively spot because of all the students and parents moving around during the morning and afternoon. Mahima Teleservices & Security Systems is the name painted on the door, though we mostly just call it the shop when we're talking among ourselves. The office space is a bit long and narrow, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other when we're all inside at once. We have samples of different cameras and equipment mounted on the walls, but they’ve been there so long they’re starting to look a bit dated. The phone rings pretty often, and usually, one of us is out on a call while someone else stays back to mind the desk and answer questions. It’s a lot of running around from place to place, to be honest. We’ve known the other business owners in this building for years, so it feels like a nice little community to be part of. Sometimes the school bell rings and we suddenly realize how fast the day has gone by. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just answer the phone and go wherever we are needed. The chairs in the small waiting area are a bit mismatched, but they do the job just fine.
