If you are looking for us, you have to head up the stairs at the Parvathapuram Road location. The office for Semac (P). Ltd. is situated at 16/54/7/B1, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and the windows look right out onto the street. Adoni can be a very dusty town, so we are always cleaning the glass. It’s mostly quiet in here, except for the sound of the computers and maybe a motorbike zooming by outside. We spend most of our hours looking at plans or dealing with various documents. There’s always a stack of files that seems to never get smaller no matter how much work we do. It isn’t a very large team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just sit around and wait for things to load while drinking water from the cooler. The walls are a plain color and we don't have much decoration, just the stuff we need to get through the day. We aren't trying to be anything fancy; we just have a job to do and we stay here until it’s finished. Most days are pretty much the same, but we like the routine of it. When the sun starts to set over Parvathipuram Road, we finally lock up the upstairs door and head home. It’s just a regular office life in a busy part of town.
