Our office handles the electrical projects for Jsw Energy Ltd here in Toranagallu. We are located near the local post office in the industrial area. This is where we plan out the different electrical works needed for the energy site. The office is full of rolls of wire diagrams and various technical manuals. It’s a very hands-on environment. We often have engineers coming in from the field to check on project details or to get new supplies. It’s not a fancy place at all; it’s built for function. We have simple wooden desks and some old chairs. The Bellary heat is always something we have to deal with, so the office is a place to cool down for a bit. We spend our days tracking project progress and making sure the electrical systems are safe and efficient. We aren't interested in promotional talk. We just want to get the wiring and the setups done correctly. Most of us have been working on these projects for years, so we know every corner of the site. We usually have our lunch together and talk about the challenges of the current job. It’s a lot of hard work and attention to detail. We don't have a corporate vibe here. It’s more like a workshop where people come together to solve technical problems and keep the energy projects moving forward every single day.
