We are located inside the Club Mahindra property up here in Medikeri. Coorg is a beautiful place, but it keeps us busy. The air is always a bit damp and cool because of all the trees and the rain we get. We handle the Oct.To stuff from a small corner here. It isn't a very large operation, just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it should. Most days start with a cup of local coffee because you can't really work here without it. We see a lot of tourists coming and going, looking for things to do or just wanting to relax. Our office space is pretty simple, nothing too special to look at. We have our computers and a few phones that ring more than I’d like. Sometimes the power cuts out when the weather gets bad, but we have backups for that. It's mostly about keeping track of the daily tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The walk to the office is nice because of all the greenery around the resort. We don't really do much advertising; people just find us through the resort or by word of mouth. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there is always something that needs fixing or an email that needs an answer right away. We just keep our heads down and get through the work every single day.
