Krishna Palace, Hospet (4 Star)

We are located at M-81 in Nethaji Puram, which is over in the N.K.Palayam area of Coimbatore. It’s a bit of a strange situation because the name is Krishna Palace, Hospet (4 Star), but our physical spot is here in Coimbatore. We handle the management and the bookings from this office. It’s a standard building in a residential-ish part of town. We don't have big fountains or a massive entrance here; it's just where the work happens. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phones. The area around N.K.Palayam is pretty typical for Coimbatore, with a lot of small shops and houses nearby. We have a few desks and a lot of registers. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open for a breeze. We are just regular people trying to keep the business side of the hotel running smoothly. We don't use a lot of big corporate talk. We just tell people what’s available and try to fix any problems that come up. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the address, but we sort it out eventually. It’s a lot of daily routine, checking the guest lists and making sure the numbers add up. We’ve been here at M-81 for a while and the neighbors are used to us. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our job and we do it every single day.
