Gammon India Ltd

Our office is located on Gopalpur Street in Bijapur, right near the Nav Gumbad Masjid. Being on Badi Kaman Road means we are in a part of town with a lot of history and old stone buildings all around. Our building is a bit more modern but it still feels like it belongs in the neighborhood. Inside, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a construction firm office. There are stacks of paper everywhere and the smell of coffee or tea is usually hanging in the air. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of the site managers will look up from their ledger to say hello. We spend our days coordinating with the crews out in the field and making sure the supplies arrive on time so work doesn't stop. It can be a bit chaotic when three trucks show up at once, but we've learned how to handle it over the years. The heat in Bijapur can be tough in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we like the local vibe of the street. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity here. We are just a group of guys and gals trying to get the structures built properly. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living for all of us.
