Even though our name says Hyderabad, we are actually based out of Toop Galli in Humnabad. It’s in the Bidar district of Karnataka. We’ve been working in the building and real estate trade for several years now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We spend our days looking at plots of land and talking to people who want to build a house or find a place to live. It’s not always easy because the rules and the paperwork can get confusing. We just try to explain things clearly so no one gets a surprise later. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We prefer being out in the field anyway. There is something nice about seeing a piece of land turn into a home. We know the roads and the neighborhoods around here really well. Most of our clients are people from nearby who have heard about us from their cousins or friends. We don't do much marketing because we’re usually too busy with the actual building work. It’s a steady living and it keeps us connected to the people here in Humnabad. We just take things one day at a time and try to be honest about what we can do. It keeps us busy and we like the community here in Karnataka. We don't need fancy offices to do good work.
